| Penerangan CU | Media Relations Support Services is the competency of accomplishing all assigned and its related duties in supporting and ensuring the smooth running and cost effective of the Media Relations function of the organization in accordance with organization requirements. The person who is competent in Media Relations Support Services will be able to perform media network development support services, editorial coverage and press release support services, press conference support services, Media Relations Support Services evaluation and Media Relations Support Services record preparation. An effective Media Relations Support Services incumbent should be able to timely update and maintained media network database, timely prepare an accurate and error free editorial coverage and press release, timely prepare press conference venue and facilities that fully comply with the prescribed specification and requirements, and continuously improve the media relation support services to the agreed standard and specification in accordance with organization requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically |
