| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in CNC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Die Sinking operation shall be able to machine out component or part accurately by CNC programing as per product specifications and requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainee will be able to :- • Study detail drawing. • Select CNC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Die Sinking machine • Set up Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) electrode • Set up workpiece. • Generate CNC EDM Die Sinking program • Execute CNC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Die Sinking operation. • Inspect finished product. • Prepare product inspection report. |
