| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in CNC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Wire Cut operation shall be able to machine out component or part accurately by CNC programing as per product specifications and requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainee will be able to :- • Study detail drawing • Select CNC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Wire cut machine. • Setup workpiece. • Set up wire electrode. • Generate CNC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Wire Cut program. • Execute CNC Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) Wire Cut Operation. • Inspect finished product. • Prepare product inspection report. |
