| Penerangan CU | Organ profile test management and result validation describes the competency in managing Organ profile laboratory tests results taking into account pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical aspects. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage renal profile tests and result validation, manage liver profile tests and result validation, manage gastrointestinal profile test and result validation, manage cardiac markers test and result validation and manage endocrine profile test and result validation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all Organ Profile tests are managed accordingly and accuracy of results are validated in accordance with MS ISO15189 requirements and Quality Policy of the lab. |
