| Penerangan CU | Special test management and result validation describes the competency in managing special laboratory tests activities taking into account pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical aspects. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage tumour markers tests and result validation, manage quantitative immunology tests and result validation, manage special protein test and result validation, manage therapeutic drug monitoring and toxicology test and result validation, manage drugs of abuse test and result validation, manage inborn error metabolism test and result validation and manage vitamins and trace element test and result validation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all special tests are managed accordingly and accuracy of results are validated in accordance with MS ISO15189 requirements and Quality Policy of the lab. |
