| Penerangan CU | Sewage Treatment Plant process continual improvement is an ongoing activity to make incremental improvements to processes over time with regards to treatment process efficiency, energy consumption and manpower utilization. This can be achieved through monitoring of effluent quality, monthly power consumption and public complaints. The continual improvement measures involve minor works which does not include plant refurbishment and upgrading. The works scope is done internally. The person who is competent in sewage treatment plant operation procedure development shall be able to coordinate Sewage Treatment Plant performance data collection, determine improvement works required, manage implementation improvement works and evaluate Sewage Treatment process continual improvement effectiveness in accordance with sewerage operators’ policy requirements. The outcome of this CU is to ensure that the treatment process efficiency, energy consumption and manpower utilization is optimized and in line with the sewerage operators’ policy and operation manuals. |
