| Penerangan CU | Sewage Treatment Plant Operation Management function is an activity to lead the operation and maintenance of the sewage treatment plant. The personnel who are competent in sewage treatment plant shall be able to manage operational manpower, budgetary activities and cost control, regulatory compliance implementation, public complaints and media issues in accordance with company policy and regulatory bodies’ requirement. The outcome of the CU is to ensure optimize manpower utilisation, optimize budget allocated, compliance with company policy and regulatory bodies’ requirements and public complaints handled within level of service. |
