The main objective of server configuration is to optimise server performance and manage server resources The person who is competent in server configuration shall be able to plan server deployment monitor server installation, carry out configuration setting, and perform server unit test and User Acceptance Test (UAT). Server configuration task ended by documentation of information, data and report for future reference in accordance with company policy The outcome of this competency is to prepare a running server that can provide essential services across the computer system and network |
