The CU title describes the competency in Pre-Production Process. The person who perform this task do the preparation work required before an actual production run. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out to identify pre-production requirement, prepare hand tools for mould set-up, determine machine to be use, confirm mould preparation and material for production. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the machine, material, mould and related auxiliary equipment availability before the next process in order to reduce waiting time if the items is not place |
