| Penerangan CU | By ensuring the mould shall be in good conditions in all aspects, especially the cooling channel which include the internal water flow and nipper for connecting with water/oil supply.. Future more the cooling water and the additional auxiliary if require shall be ready. The CU title describes the competency in Mould Preparation. The person who perform this task do the preparation work required before an actual production run. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify mould/ part number, check external mould condition and cooling system which include confirm mould auxiliary/ safety and ensure mould ready for pre- production. The outcome of this competency is to provide necessary requirements to carry out the production process so that the production process can proceed smoothly |
