| Penerangan CU | By ensuring the machine shall be in good conditions in all aspects, especially the safety unit, the oil level in the tank and the lube pump shall be above the centreline; there is the machine preparation job requirement. Future more the cooling water and the power supply shall be ready The CU title describes the competency in Machine Preparation. The person who perform this task do the preparation work required before an actual production run. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify machine number, check machine system, confirm machine safety, prepare tools for mould change and update machine preparation report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the readiness of the machine in order to avoid any problem during mould change. |
