Plastics Gas Assisted Moulding Production is the moulding process for producing plastic parts from plastic material by heating the moulding material to a fluid state and injecting it into a mould. The gas assisted moulding process need injection mould, gas equipment and injection machine The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify Gas Assisted Moulding Production requirements, carry out Gas Assisted Moulding Production activities which include report Gas Assisted Moulding Production activities The outcome of this competency is to produce a variety of plastic parts from the smallest component to entire body panes of cars, household such as plates, cup, spoon and forks and cover for electronic gadgets with lighter weight and less sink mark on the product surface. |
