| Penerangan CU | Multi Colour moulding components with deliberately selected area of the component in a different colour to the body of injection moulding. Multi Colour Moulding Production is the moulding process for producing plastic parts from plastic material by heating the moulding material thru a few channel at the same time then a fluid state and injecting it into a mould. The multi-colour moulding process need injection mould, and injection machine with multi injection equipment. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to identify Multi-colour Moulding Production requirements, carry out Multi Colour Moulding Production process and product finishing process. The outcome of this competency is to produce a variety of plastic parts from the smallest component to of such as automotive component, household product with a few different colour and also with low mould costs, high efficiency on production including straightforward process engineering. |
