| Penerangan CU | Pressurised equipment fabrication quality control are activities in verifying and maintaining desired level of quality in an existing product or service by careful planning, use of proper equipment, continued inspection and corrective action as required. Quality control requires the company to create an environment in which both management and employees strive for perfection. The person who is competent in this CU shall able to perform component labeling, coordinate destructive test (DT), non destructive test (NDT), coordinate Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) and perform pressure testing. The outcome of this competency is to ensure product quality is maintained or improved and manufacturing errors are reduced or eliminated in accordance with client specifications |
