| Penerangan CU | Pressurised equipment & machinery maintenance are activities in ensuring the equipment are well perform and running smoothly without disrupting production. The maintenance of equipment and machinery shall be perform following periodical schedule as per manufacturer’s recommendation. Maintenance procedures requires the safety of the maintenance crew as well as that of machine operators including the variety and complexity of machines to be serviced, the hazards associated with their power sources, the special dangers that may be present during machine breakdown, and the severe time constraints often placed on maintenance personnel in accordance with operation and maintenance manual (OM) The person who is competent in pressurised equipment & machinery maintenance shall be able to perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and coordinate equipment calibration The outcome of this competency is to ensure production optimisation, eliminate breakdown, save cost and time and meeting client deadline |
