This is vital in the laboratory work operation.The person who is competent in the DNA instrumentation analysis shall be able to perform DNA / RNA extraction using automated DNA / RNA extractor, perform Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique, perform gel electrophoresis and conduct DNA Imaging.The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform DNA instrumentation analysis for molecular biology samples. |
