| Penerangan CU | The DNA Quality Control (QC) Activities describes the requirement to fulfil the quality of molecular biology analysis through on site laboratory QC, proficiency testing and other supporting quality initiatives. This is vital in the laboratory work operation.The person who is competent in the DNA Quality Control Activities shall be able to calibrate measuring instruments, prepare matrix spike sample and determine the acceptability of QC results.The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform DNA quality assurance activities in laboratory work analysis in accordance with SOP. |
