This includes creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, as well as quality control and quality improvement. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse market demand, review existing standard, prepare quality standard, organise awareness programme, prepare readiness report and monitor new quality standard. The outcome of CU to ensure that organisation product and service is consistent for main component quality planning, quality control. |
