| Penerangan CU | Business Strategy Planning is a set of skills which set out to achieve it desired ends objective its can simply described as long-term business planning. A business strategy and is concerned with major resource issues e.g. raising the finance to build new service centre. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to develop business strategy and plan, plan departmental budget, develop departmental goal and monitor achievement of key performance indicator (KPI). The outcome of this CU to ensure strategy and business plan identified and analysed in accordance with company SOP. |
