The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check property detail according to job requirement, confirm property detail according to job requirement, verify valuation of data, and review valuation calculation according to Malaysian Valuation Standard (MVS). The outcome of this competency is to ensure the valuation report is submitted to client according to instruction letter. |
