Penerangan CU | The main purpose of Meat Sampling Collection to pick random sample for DVS verification so that they will establish the identification (ID), lot number, batch number and farm code. The person who is competence in this work shall be able to determine sampling program, prepare sampling equipment, carry out random sampling, record and report sampling collection program The outcome of this competency is to ensure that all samples are collected accordingly by Meat Inspector for Makmal Kesihatan Awam Veterinar (MKAV) and results recorded according latest Manual Persampelan Kebangsaan issued by DVS |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to ensure that all samples are collected accordingly by Meat Inspector for Makmal Kesihatan Awam Veterinar (MKAV) and results recorded according latest Manual Persampelan Kebangsaan issued by DVS. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Determine sampling requirement • Prepare sampling equipment • Carry out random sampling • Record and report carcass sampling preparation • Generate sampling record |
