The person who is competent in the Incident Handling Activities shall be able to carry out evacuation activities, handle derailment situation, handle fire on-board situation, handle collision situation, handle obstruction situation and prepare incident report. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform incident handling activities in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures. |
