Human Resources Administration is one of the key elements in human capital development in any industry. Through effective and efficient human resources administration it increases the productivity and competitiveness of an organisation. Promoting training and staff development programme within the organisation will ensure organisation sustainability.
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan manpower requirement, handle staff matter, coordinate staff training, evaluate staff performance and monitor safety, health and environmental issue
The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to achieve the desired skills of implementing various human resources administration in accordance to the organisational requirement or within the organisational guideline.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out human resources administration. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
