| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Furniture Production Management. Furniture Production Management is a core activity in all industries. Production guiding principle regulates and stimulates the order of the materials in the manufacturing process from beginning to end. The mechanics of production planning is to initiate control in an adjusting process, adapting changes, customising operation, and providing corrective measures throughout production. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to verify furniture design proposal, establish machine and production standard operation procedure (SOP), validate furniture production performance and upgrade latest production system. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to able to carry out his/her tasks accordingly within the production management needs, and ensure that the production capacity is maximised through implementing well-manage production schedule, allocation resources and assign work task. |
