Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in Human Resource Management.
Human Resource Management is one of the key elements in human capital development in any industry. Effective and efficient human resource management will definitely increase productivity and competitiveness of an organisation. Managing human resources development programme within the organisation will ensure organisation sustainability.
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinate operation meeting, monitor manpower utilisation, carry out staff performance evaluation and formulate staff appraisal system, establish organisation structure and establish safety and health environment plan

The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to achieve the desired skills in implementing various human resources management in accordance to the organisational requirement or within the organisational guideline.
