| Penerangan CU | Industrial Embroidery Machine Training and Coaching describes the competencies required to coordinate technician training and coaching to improve staff productivity and motivation. Training and coaching programmes cover both the hardware and software aspects such as the embroidery design digitising software. <br><br> The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to assess client’s industrial embroidery machine training and coaching requirements, prepare training and coaching materials, conduct training and coaching and prepare industrial embroidery machine training and coaching report. <br><br> The outcome of this competency is to ensure maintenance technicians are provided with proper training and coaching programme in compliance with staff development programme, and workplace procedures. |
