| Penerangan CU | Industrial Sewing Machine Commissioning describes the competencies required to verify the readiness of a newly assembled and set up industrial sewing machine for production operation. Garment manufacturing requires various types of industrial sewing machine and each machine has its own system, components and accessories to be installed and set up. Commonly used industrial sewing machines include Lockstitch, Overlock, Button, Bartack, Buttonhole, Coverstitch, Chainstitch and Zig Zag industrial sewing machine. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to verify industrial sewing machine installation, pre-operating set up, confirm the machine readiness for production operation and complete the commissioning records accurately. The outcome of this competency is efficient and accurate commissioning of industrial sewing machines that ensures the industrial sewing machines are ready to function safely and according to standard performance. |
