Penerangan CUThe Competency Unit (CU) title describes the competency in Human Resources Coordination.

Human resource coordination is a fundamental requirement to any establishment. Coordination and managing workforce requires the understanding of work culture, team work, dedication, commitment and loyalty. Formulating conducive working environment, impart staff welfare & benefits and promote excellent leadership will encourage healthy growth within the organisation. .

The person who is competent in this Competency Unit (CU) shall be able to endorse manpower requirement, organise manpower activities, formulate staff appraisal system, endorse training program, administer internal conflict, administer external conflict and review health, safety & environmental plan.

The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to be human relations personnel that focus on strategic initiatives like mergers and acquisitions, talent management, succession planning, industrial & labour relations, work place community diversity and avoid conflict inclusion.
