| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit (CU) title describes the competency in Operation Budget Management. Operation Budget Management is important to the organisation where they can evaluate their earnings and expenses and project their monetary intakes and outtakes for the future. The goal is to lay out all necessary components and brainstorm future goals. The person who is competent in this Competency Unit (CU) shall be able to administer budget requirement, verify budget planning, table budget report and endorse human resources requirement. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to administer operation budget planning of the organisation. |
