| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit (CU) title describes the competency in Production Planning and Control. Product Planning and Control is the process of creating a product idea and following through on it until the product is introduced to the market. Product planning entails managing the product throughout its life using various marketing strategies, including product extensions or improvements, increased distribution, price changes and promotions The person who is competent in this Competency Unit (CU) shall be able to verify standard operating procedure documentation, administer research and development activities, plan research and development activity, administer production plan and coordinate inter-department activities. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to maintain an efficient production planning and management process with a workforce that can readily adapt to new equipment and schedules. |
