| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit (CU) title describes the competency in Finishing Activity Administration. In the wood based sector finishing activity organisation play a main role to assure the final products of the company meet the quality and standard according to the client’s specifications. The person who is competent in this Competency Unit (CU) shall be able to approve finishing production schedule, establish finishing organisation structure, organise finishing manpower activities, formulate procurement procedure, approve finishing activities and endorse finishing schedule. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to incorporate, implement and enforce best finishing activities cultures into their daily management activities. |
