| Penerangan CU | The Competency Unit (CU) title describes the competency in Service and Maintenance Administration. Service and Maintenance administration is to accommodate a comprehensive maintenance program schedule in order to maximize equipment shelve life to its optimum. It would be difficult to appreciate the subtleties of what makes a maintenance plan effective without understanding need to reduce operation downtime. The person who is competent in this Competency Unit (CU) shall be able to establish safety environment plan, administer service works, administer maintenance works, enforce security & safety procedures and manage utility provision. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to study and analyse equipment properties and capabilities. Draw a complete maintenance activity inclusive of schedule, preventive and corrective maintenance program. . |
