| Penerangan CU | Apparel Production Work Study Management describes the competencies required to manage standard method and standard time development and implementation. Work study is the systematic examination of the methods of carrying on activities so as to improve the effective use of resources and to set up standards of performance for the activities being carried out. Work study main activities consist of work sampling, method study and time study. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to manage work sampling, method study, time study as well as standard method and standard time implementation. The outcome of this competency unit is efficient and effective standard method and standard time development and implementation that will bring about increased efficiency, quality and profitability to the company. |
