| Penerangan CU | Shariah Risk Management (SRM) describes competency to spearhead the management of SNC risk across the enterprise in compliance with the established risk management process. A competent person in this Unit shall be able to facilitate SNC risks management, inculcate SNC risk awareness or culture in the IFI, formulate appropriate Shariah governing documents, report Shariah risk management to BOD, Shariah Committee, Management and BNM and manage the SNC event of the IFI. The outcome of this competency is the ability to apply the systematic approach of managing SNC risks and to mitigate any possible SNC events in accordance with BNM Shariah policy documents, SAC/BNM resolutions and/or Shariah Committee resolutions. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this unit is the ability to apply the systematic approach of managing SNC risks and to mitigate any possible SNC events in accordance with BNM Shariah related standards, SAC|BNM resolutions and/or Shariah Committee resolutions. Upon completion of this unit, trainees must be able to:- 1. Facilitate SNC risks management 2. Inculcate SNC risk awareness or culture in the IFI 3. Formulate appropriate Shariah risk governing policies and documents 4. Produce Shariah risk management report to BOD, Shariah Committee and Management 5. Manage the SNC event of the IFI |
