A competent person in Banking Compliance Practice shall be able to comply with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations and comply with all other relevant regulations when performing banking transactions. The outcome of this competency is the ability to conform and fulfil authorities’ requirements in order to uphold the soundness and integrity of the financial services. |
