Penerangan CU | Service counter plays an important medium in retail banking as most of retail banking services are delivered through the counter. Counter Service Operation tasks include cash and non-cash transactions within appropriate turnaround time with full compliance of company’s SOP and authorities’ requirements. A competent person in Counter Service Operation shall be able to initiate Start of Day (SOD) process, carry out counter transaction and carry out End of Day (EOD) balancing. The outcome of this competency is the ability to deliver face-to-face retail banking services at the service counter efficiently. |
