It involves all matters related to SST administration, CIT and cash position of each teller. A competent person in Cash & SST Management shall be able to administer Self Service Terminal (SST), handle SST dispute, supervise CIT and supervise Teller cash position in accordance with company’s SOP and authorities’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is the ability to administer and control SST and branch cash efficiently. |
