The ultimate goal of marketing is to create market position and generate sales. Therefore, sales and marketing personnel need to have social skills such as interpersonal skill, negotiation skill and communication skill to create customers’ interest and trust in the company’s products. A competent person in Sales & Marketing (Retail Banking) shall be able to develop marketing plans, carry out sales and marketing activities and update sales performance according to company’s SOP and authorities’ requirements. The outcome of this competency is the ability to achieve the highest sales target through effective and strategic marketing and promotional activities. |
