| Penerangan CU | Electrical Construction Supervision describes the competency of undertaking field supervision works to deliver project construction works in a safe, timely manner and meeting quality deliverables. The scope includes procurement and construction activities; excludes engineering and commissioning activities. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessment (RA), prepare Permit to Work (PTW), conduct toolbox briefing, perform Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) audit, conduct safety walkabout, close safety audit findings, monitor site housekeeping and enforce HSE Policy & Regulations. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver safe working at work place that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to demonstrate high degree of communications and leadership skills. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior having the following competencies: i.technically competent to perform the task. having a good safety conscious of self and others in-mind. |
