Penerangan CU | Electrical Construction Supervision describes the competency of undertaking field supervision works to deliver project construction works in a safe, timely manner and meeting quality deliverables. The scope includes procurement and construction activities; excludes engineering and commissioning activities. A competent person in this CU shall be able to conduct technical coaching, conduct performance appraisal, identify training matrix, conduct staff counselling and initiate disciplinary action. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver Company’s work culture that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to demonstrate high degree of communications and leadership skills. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior having the following competencies: i.technically competent to perform the task. ii.ability to coach and to counsel staffs. iii.having a good work culture to be a role model to others. |
