| Penerangan CU | Protective Coating and Painting Operation Monitoring describes the supervision that are required during painting operation. This is a responsibility to ensure surface are painted or coated for longer surface protection against corrosion. The personnel will also perform the provision of technical assistance for painting operation.The personnel who is competent in this CU shall be able to keep track painting work operation requirement, carry out painting materials and equipment set up inspection, carry out painting equipment servicing inspection, conduct surface profile inspection and carry out painter performance evaluation.As the protective coating and painting operation involves handling of high pressurized equipment, the job safety procedures always are being highlighted to minimise potential safety and health hazards at work.The outcome of this CU abrasive painting operation are completed and achieved standard painting specifications according to job requirements with awareness on health, safety and environmental implementation. |
