| Penerangan CU | Electrical Construction Management describes the competency of undertaking management of project construction works to deliver a safe, timely manner and meeting quality deliverables. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prioritise work as scheduled, coordinate external work activity, prepare manpower loading, prepare electrical budget, prepare schedule mitigation plan and approve progress report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver quality work in a safe and timely manner that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to demonstrate high degree of communications and leadership skills. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior having the following competencies: i.technically competent to perform the task. ii.ability for forward planning and visualizing technical challenges. iii.having a good safety conscious of self and others in-mind. |
