Penerangan CU | Electrical Construction Management describes the competency of undertaking management of project construction works to deliver a safe, timely manner and meeting quality deliverables. A competent person in this CU shall be able to develop competency matrix, develop coaching program, conduct staff recruitment, select staff for promotion and recommend staff termination. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver safe working at work place in a timely manner that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to demonstrate high degree of communications and leadership skills. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior having the following competencies: i.technically competent to perform the task. ii.having a good understanding on job competencies. |
