| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation And Control Maintenance Work Plan Preparation is a process to arrange and manage the maintenance works including safety for instrumentation and control.<br> The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to verify Permit To Work (PTW), interpret Service Request, survey maintenance worksite, conduct potential risk and hazard analysis, carry out instrumentation and control maintenance method statement preparation and perform tool box meeting.<br> The outcome of this competency is to ensure instrumentation and control maintenance works are properly and systematically planned according to Standard Operating Procedure and HSSE requirements. |
