A competent person in this CU shall be able to analyse departmental operational requirement, prepare departmental operational expenditure planning, prepare departmental capital expenditure planning, prepare procurement requirements and obtain operational budget approval The outcome of this competency is to ensure the financial requirements for installation & maintenance operation and departmental operation is prepared adequately and to ensure all procurement is transparent in accordance with organisation Standard Operating Procedure. |
