| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation and Control Maintenance Managerial Function is a process to manage the whole maintenance work process in accordance to organisation rules and regulation.<br><br> The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage manpower for maintenance activities, conduct progress meeting with leader/supervisor, participate external meeting and manage staff development program according to organisation operating procedure. <br><br>The outcome of this competency is to inculcate managerial skills so that the team is managed professionally in accordance with organisation requirements. |
