| Penerangan CU | Plastics Production Operation Management is an activity to manage all operation activities in plastic production plant based on the production planning. Production operation encompasses the activities of procurement, allocation and utilization of resources. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to plan operation activities, Organize operation activities, manage plant operation activities,manage plant operation budget, manage stakeholder relation management, monitor operation performance, validate process and product troubleshooting and prepare production operation performance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all production operations are running smoothly and controllable in order to produce targeted output within specific timeframe in accordance with product specification, Standard Operating Procedure, customer requirements and budgeted plant running cost. |
