| Penerangan CU | In-flight and support department coordination describes the competency in coordinating liaison with support departments in accordance to meet the company’s standard operational processes and workflows. A competent person in this CU shall be able to carry out liaison coordination duties between the cabin crew and other support departments. He/she shall be able to coordinate with Cabin Crew Operations Control Centre, Ground Services Department, Flight Catering Department, Engineering Department and Emergency, Medical and Security Authority. The outcome of this competency is to ensure precise time management, within support departments to avoid any delays and disruption to the flight operation. It is important for all mandatory documentations and legal requirements are validated and endorsed by relevant authority prior to flight departure in order to ensure flight are permitted to land at destination. Prompt response during emergency, medical situation will also be achieved from this competency. |
