A competent person in Railway Signalling and Communication Inventory Management shall be able to administer equipment inventory, prepare signalling and communication purchase equipment, and verify calibration tools and test gear condition. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the person’s ability to manage all Signalling and Communication inventory, purchasing and verifying inventory condition in compliance with standard operating procedures, operation and maintenance manual and standard technical instructions. |
