A competent person in Labour Market Information (LMI) Strategic Collaboration shall be able to evaluate employment policies and regulation effectiveness, organize agency's and stakeholder's engagement and consultation session, establish Employment Advisory Committee (EAC), manage training opportunities feedback, establish career network, and consult job and industrial sector classification standard. The outcome of this competency is to establish an effective mechanism to analyse the labour market through collaboration, gathering and managing the input to build comprehensive labour market information with stakeholders relating to employment issues. |
