A competent person in Labour Market Information (LMI) Strategic Collaboration shall be able to evaluate employment policies and regulation effectiveness, organize agency's and stakeholder's engagement and consultation session, establish Employment Advisory Committee (EAC), manage training opportunities feedback, establish career network, and consult job and industrial sector classification standard.
